		<description>Great information!  I learned a few years ago to wash a mango thoroughly with warm, soapy (natural soap) water then rinse really well. Be especially careful to not touch the end where the stem was.  Use gloves if you like.  Cut the mango from the skin, rinse the mango fruit again really well...and eat.  Very often it&#039;s just the sap that causes the reaction.  At least that&#039;s what I learned and it works for me.  I was sensitive to mangoes and now know that this is what it was.  My &quot;solution&quot; works for me. Thanks again for the info!  
PS - I&#039;m also very careful with oranges that aren&#039;t organic...they can cause the same reaction in me.  Unless I wash with warm, soapy water first.</description>
