Note from Chef Dina**I prefer the 9 tray over the smaller units because you will usually be dehydrating your recipes for up to 24hours which makes more sense to make larger quantities at one time since you'll be using around the same amount of electricity. Doing larger batches just makes good time/money sense. It's not much larger than a typical microwave. I do recommend you get both the teflex sheets and mesh screens if you order because you will need the teflex sheets for any really wet ingredients like making crackers or fruit leathers etc.  Great way to make low-carb snacks and eat healthier and gluten-free!
