If you're not sure if you have diabetes I highly recommend that you test your blood sugar if your fasting blood sugar is over 85 you may be heading into insulin resistance. Between 100-120 is insulin resistance and over 120 is diabetic.

  1. Excellent video Dina. Almost convinced me of the vegan diet. My mentor Les Brown when diagnosed with Prostate cancer went kicking and screaming onto a Vegan diet and has been cancer free for over 15 years. I will follow you because your content is great.

I enjoyed watching that video. It was very informal and inspirational. I am relatively health conscious and I eat healthy foods on a daily basis. I try to get the word out to my family members about their health and ways to improve their health, but they rarely listen. Thank you.

  6. Not a fan of vegetarian diet but somehow I believe to have a balanced diet will reduced the risk of heart problems.

  7. DrFlinton says:

There are lots of vegan treatments for lethal diseases, but the main problems is to be able to keep such a diet and not giving up on it. Resisting the temptation to eat something that smels good can be pretty hard to beat.

  8. You could make carrot soup, squash soup or any vegetable soup for the
warm weather. Grilled portabella sandwiches are delicious and can rival
    any beef burger.
